Due to Carie's recent plea of guilty in the 4th District proceedings, there is no longer any question as to her guilt in the Federal case, per Prosecution team on 1/16. Therefore, Carie will be held in Federal detention. This action is not contested.
Followup Notes : At this hearing, there was a miscommunication about Carie's transport, so she did not appear. This hearing has been rescheduled for Thursday January 23 2025 11:30 am.
